PAYMENTS

INTERNATIONAL customers: We accept credit cards and/or PayPal. If you do not have a credit card or PayPal, please feel free to contact us via email for bank transfers, Revolut, Apple Cash or Zelle.

SWITZERLAND customers: We accept credit cards and/or PayPal. If you do not have a credit card or PayPal and would like to pay via IBAN, TWINT or Revolut, please contact us about your order.

SHIPPING, PACKAGING & TAXES

Order / Dye Time: We process orders the same day if orders are received in the morning. If we are out of stock, we will notify you immediately and let you know of the few extra days your order will take. In the case we are on holidays, we will notify you with an email. We send out orders two to three times a week.

**Please check your JUNK/SPAM email in case you do not hear from us. Please add our email to your contacts list so that you may receive our email / newsletter.

Shipping Times: *Note these are normal shipping times, there may be customs or local Post Office delays we cannot control….
Within Switzerland:
B Post is 2-3 days; A Post is usually next day.
Within Europe/UK: normally 2 - 5 days.
USA / Canada: normally 3 - 7 days.
Asia/Australia/NZ:
 normally 6 - 12 days.
South America: normally 10 - 20 days.

For a tracking number for your package, please choose the correct shipping amount that includes the additional 5CHF to the untracked/normal shipping. If you place your order and forget this option, please contact me and we can adjust your shipping options before the package will be sent out.

** Please note these are the days given by the Swiss Post, but all varies on Customs or can take longer dues due to holidays.
**Please note that due to your local Customs office, your package can be held up; GigglingGecko Yarns is not responsible for any hold ups.

Packaging: In order to keep handling fees low, we mail out our packages in a secured plastic mailer. For bigger orders, we will use a carton box. 

Taxes/Duties: You are responsible for your own country's taxes/duties once your package ships, Gigglinggecko Yarns is not responsible for additional charges for your customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for information as it varies widely from country to country..

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES. If you would like a tracked package, additional fees apply. However, we understand the frustration of lost packages so we can work something out for replacements.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you LOVE your purchase, however, if you are not happy for whatever reason, please contact us to exchange or return for a credit or refund within 14 days.

  1. Please do not wind the yarn into cakes or lose the labels, otherwise a CHF 5 will be charged per skein/ball. (Should be in original packaging).

  2. Please note we do not cover the return shipping or credit you the shipping costs from the original order. And yes, you will have to pay shipping on the new / exchanged order - we do this so we can keep our costs low to pass on the savings to you.
